This island gained fame when it was featured in the beloved drama 'Winter Sonata.' It's a small island that can be explored in half a day and is one of Chuncheon's top attractions. The island boasts many tree-lined boulevards with foliage that changes color with the seasons, as well as numerous other appealing attractions suitable for all ages.

The most famous spots on Nami Island are the Metawequoia and Songpa Gingko avenues, often seen in TV dramas and commercials. Songpa Gingko Avenue reaches its peak beauty when the leaves turn golden at the end of October and early November. You'll enjoy a romantic stroll along a pathway lined with two rows of beautifully golden-hued trees.

Besides being famous for its natural beauty, Nami Island offers many exciting experiences for visitors such as the UNICEF Hall and the River Museum. Here, you'll encounter various animal species. Rent a bike to explore the island because it allows you to enjoy many beautiful and interesting scenes.

On the island, you'll also find landscapes decorated with recycled materials such as glass, plastic bottles, wood, etc. These art pieces are impressive and will make your photos stand out even more.

This garden served as a filming location for the popular movies 'You Are My Pet' (2011) and 'That Winter, the Wind Blows' (2013). Designed in the Tuscan style, a European architectural style that exudes a classical feel. There are three trails in the garden: the Fragrant Grass Path, the Wooden Path, and the Windy Forest Path.

This was the filming location for the movie “The Letter” (1997), renovated from an abandoned train station. It's now a popular destination with a rail bike course for serene sightseeing and experiencing the scent of the countryside breeze.

Gyeonggang Rail Bike operates for 1 hour and 20 minutes, with 6 departures daily in spring (9 AM, 10:30 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 3:30 PM, 5 PM) and five departures daily in winter (9 AM, 10:30 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 3:30 PM)

True to its name, this street is a miniature version of the Myeongdong shopping district in Seoul with a row of bustling clothing stores, shoe shops, and accessories. It's also where you can find Dakgalbi Street, famous for the handprints of the lead actors in the movie “Winter Sonata”.

This is the most famous market in the city with beautiful images of workers and a warm, vibrant atmosphere. In 2010, the Central Market was renamed the Chuncheon Romantic Market and the space was redecorated to fit. The buildings here range from 30 to 50 years old and are beautifully painted and decorated with murals.

This is an observation deck with a stunning view, perfect for memorable photos. The high-altitude pedestrian bridge is built with transparent glass flooring, standing 12 meters above the water surface. You can experience the sensation of walking on clouds on this bridge.

The Skywalk's operating schedule may vary depending on the weather conditions.  

Don't forget to explore Uiamho Lake by boat along the Mulle-gil river. The boat ride spans 4km and lasts about 45 minutes. Many tourists come here to experience it after it was featured on popular TV shows like 'Running Man'. Bungeoseom Island is the easiest and most popular destination if you go by boat along the Mulle-gil river.
