In 2016, another talented chef was invited to La Maison 1888, none other than Executive Chef Pierre Gagnaire. Still one of the few chefs worldwide with 3 Michelin stars, Pierre Gagnaire ranks among the top 10 chefs globally, as honored by the prestigious Le Chef magazine, with a judging panel comprising 512 international chefs. Thus, when I received the collaboration invitation from La Maison 1888 and the resort, I gladly accepted. This place ignites my creative inspiration for crafting unique dishes.
