Step 2: Connect the piping system to the fin and the push head of the block. Then, proceed to install the pressure gauge before the fin.
Step 3: Let the suction head of the block suck air freely, and leave the other end of the piping system free.
Step 4: Allow the block to operate and the pressure gauge needle will increase to a certain value. At this point, the highest value is called P1, which is the resistance of the piping system.
+ If P1 is low, you need to connect additional piping to increase resistance.
+ On the contrary, you trim down the piping system.
3.2. Measuring the Air Assist in the Piping System of the Completed Refrigeration System
Step 1: Install the piping system into the completed system, ensuring the length of the piping system follows the predetermined value and includes additional reserve length.
