
1. Ingredients

500 grams of American beef belly
300 grams of shiitake mushrooms
Salt
Tools needed: air fryer

2. Procedure
Remove the stems from shiitake mushrooms, then slice them into bite-sized pieces. Soak the mushrooms in diluted saltwater for 2 to 3 minutes, then rinse with clean water and drain well.

After purchasing beef from the market, rinse it thoroughly with water and slice it into evenly sized strips.
Next, prepare a cutting board and lay out the beef slices. Place a small amount of shiitake mushrooms on top, then tightly roll the beef around the mushrooms to form a round roll with the mushroom visible on the outside. Repeat this process with the remaining mushrooms and beef until finished.

Place the beef rolls with shiitake mushrooms into the oil-less air fryer and set the cooking mode to 180°C for 9 to 10 minutes.

Once the ingredients are cooked until tender, transfer them onto a plate for serving.
3. Finished Product
