Every year, to celebrate Vietnam's Book and Reading Culture Day, our district organizes a book fair. It can be said that this is a destination that attracts everyone's attention. Everyone feels happy and joyful when holding in their hands some good books.
About two weeks before April 21st, the district People's Committee issued a notice to all communes, wards, and towns in the area about the book fair with the theme 'Gateway to Knowledge.' The notice clearly stated the necessary information such as: the event lasts for three days, from April 21st to April 23rd; the location is at the district square. As the fair approached, many publishers and book companies brought countless books and materials to set up booths. On those days, the square was filled with the grayish-white color of canvas. From a distance, the rectangular booths resembled neatly arranged matchboxes, looking extremely pleasing to the eye.
The official opening ceremony took place at 9 am on April 21st. First, the MC took the stage to declare the purpose and introduce the delegates. Then, the district vice chairman spoke on behalf of the leaders about the fair. About an hour later, the opening ceremony concluded. People began to disperse, heading to the book sale area.

II. Sample Exposition of an Event: Phu Dong School's Health Fair
Last year, on the occasion of Vietnam Sports Day on March 27th, our school organized the Phu Dong Health Fair. Through this event, the school aims to encourage us students to maintain the habit of physical exercise, thereby improving health and physical development.
At the beginning of March, homeroom teachers disseminated important information to all students. Our class collectively selected athletes for each sport. Everyone was excited to sign up for participation.
On the morning of March 27th, after Ms. Thuy explained the reasons and introduced the delegates, Principal delivered the opening speech. In it, he emphasized the significance of the event. Also on March 29th, the closing ceremony took place. The Principal, on behalf of the teachers, referees, and parents, delivered speeches and shared thoughts. This was followed by an awards ceremony. Our class was fortunate to be included in the list of awardees, receiving silver medals in women's singles chess, women's singles badminton, men's and women's relay races; and gold medals in men's singles chess.
The Phu Dong Health Fair is indeed a meaningful event. It's an opportunity to discover students' athletic talents and abilities. Through this fair, I have a better understanding of the importance of exercise and improving health. From here on, I remind myself to maintain a daily habit of physical exercise.
