Voice Typing introduced as a 'new and improved' version of spell check on Windows. Optimized for touchscreen keyboards, with automatic punctuation for faster and more accurate speech input. Use voice commands to pause or stop dictation and delete or select specific words.
Voice typing feature now has a dedicated button on touchscreen keyboards for easy access. Touchscreen keyboards updated with animations, sounds, GIF and emoji search, as well as some minor adjustments to key size and layout.
Deployment timeline for these features to all users has not been announced yet. If you want to try them out now, you need to sign up for the Windows Insider program. There are also some developer-focused changes that you can learn about on the Windows Blog.
