Achieving tremendous success in revenue with a global box office total of $377 million, Mad Max: Fury Road is acclaimed as one of the best films of 2015 and one of the greatest action movies, earning a total of 6 Oscars.


3. The Return from the Realm of the Dead - The Resurrected
This film is based on the novel The Revenant: A Novel of Revenge by Michael Punke. Starring DiCaprio and Tom Hardy, it won 3 Golden Globes and received 12 Oscar nominations.

The film tells the story of the hunter Hugh Glass (portrayed by Leonardo DiCaprio). After a fierce battle with Native Americans, Hugh is injured and left behind in the icy mountains. He must do everything to survive amidst the brutal cold, flesh-eating animals, and wars with tribes in the wilderness.
Thanks to his strong will, Hugh Glass miraculously survives, traversing over 3,000 miles (4,828 km) alone to return and seek revenge against John Fitzgerald (played by Tom Hardy) - his former friend.


Featuring the charismatic Tom Cruise, Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation boasts exhilarating action sequences that leave viewers on the edge of their seats. The film garnered immense success worldwide, grossing over $680 million at the box office. It has received high praise from film rankings and positive feedback from audiences.

Plot Summary: Following the events of the previous installment, the IMF (Impossible Missions Force) finds itself under scrutiny by the government. CIA Director Alan Hunley (played by Alec Baldwin) argues that IMF's activities pose a threat to national security and recommends the organization be disbanded, summoning field agents in the process. Meanwhile, agent Ethan Hunt (portrayed by Tom Cruise) and his team are in pursuit of evidence regarding the existence of Syndicate—a mysterious criminal organization believed to be behind a series of global disasters. Hunt is unexpectedly hunted down by Syndicate and captured at the IMF headquarters in London.
However, with the assistance of a mysterious woman (Rebecca Ferguson), Ethan Hunt narrowly escapes and alerts IMF superiors about the existence of The Syndicate. Despite his warnings, they dismiss his claims, prompting Hunt to assemble his own team consisting of Benji Dunn, William, and the enigmatic female character to combat The Syndicate while evading pursuit from the CIA.
7. The Avengers: Age of Ultron
Marvel's superhero fantasy films always hold a special allure for audiences, boasting mind-bending special effects and an enticing cast. It's no wonder that Avenger: Age of Ultron stood out as a blockbuster in the realm of fantasy action movies in 2015.

Plot Summary: Starting with the character Tony Stark - the superhero Iron Man. When the billionaire reactivates a long-dormant peacekeeping project, things take an abnormal turn as he inadvertently creates Ultron with the intention of bringing balance to the world by... destroying it. Earth's mightiest heroes including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye face an incredibly challenging task in combating Ultron and protecting civilians from war.
8. Jurassic World
Inspired by dinosaurs - prehistoric creatures extinct for millions of years. The film constructs a diverse and colorful world of ancient dinosaurs, making audiences feel as if they've stepped into a prehistoric realm.

Plot Summary: Twenty-two years after Jurassic Park, Isla Nublar has now become a real dinosaur park, named Jurassic World. Initially envisioned by John Hammond, the new park is owned by the Masrani Corporation. Owen (Chris Pratt), a park employee, is studying the behavior of Velociraptors. Years later, attendance at Jurassic World declines, prompting scientists to create a new dinosaur species to attract visitors' attention. However, it yields unexpected results.
9. Cinderella
The film draws inspiration from Charles Perrault's fairy tale Cinderella. Featuring real-life actors, Cinderella brings a fresh breeze to the genre of fairy tale adaptations, captivating audiences.

Plot Summary: The film follows young Ella after the sad death of her mother, who happily agrees to let her father 'take another step forward.'
Desiring to see her father's smile once again, Ella eagerly welcomes her stepmother and two stepsisters into their home. However, with her father's sudden passing, Ella is suddenly confronted with the cruelty and coldness of her stepmother and stepsisters. From a young lady, Ella becomes a slave in her own home.
Despite her stepmother's harsh treatment, Ella continues to live joyfully and believe in life as her mother taught her before passing away: “always be brave and kind to everyone.”
10. Spectre: The Ghost – Agent 007
This is the 24th installment in the James Bond series featuring the fictional secret agent James Bond with the code name 007. Spectre received mixed reviews from critics. However, it's still regarded as a blockbuster and stands at the top of the box office rankings worldwide.

Plot Summary: This installment begins after the leader of the MI6 intelligence agency - M - passes away in the previous film. Following a clue left by M, James Bond (Daniel Craig) heads to Mexico, thwarting a bombing plot at the city's major stadium just in time. Back in London, 007 discovers his organization is on the verge of being disbanded, and he's temporarily suspended due to insubordination. Nevertheless, James Bond travels to Rome, following a multinational criminal organization. With the help of Dr. Madeleine Swann (Léa Seydoux) - the daughter of an old enemy, Bond sets out to dismantle the global terrorist organization known as SPECTRE.
