Do Son
Visit the city of flamboyant red phoenix flowers and make sure to explore Do Son, a beach with some of the most beautiful resorts in the North. Do Son, a small peninsula formed by the Dragon Mountain range, boasts hills ranging from 35m to 130m. This beach is approximately 20 km southeast of the city center.

At Do Son, travelers can not only enjoy beach activities but also relax, savor seafood, hike, camp, and admire the beautiful evening scenery. The place resembles a picturesque landscape, with the perfect blend of nature featuring lush green mountains on one side, pine-covered hills swaying in the wind, and the vast red volcanic sea.
Take a break and rejuvenate at the Da Nang tourist area, boasting the largest artificial swimming pool in Asia. Or, visit the century-old lighthouse, explore countless historic ship docks, and tour the man-made Phoenix Island.
Trang Kenh
Trang Kenh offers a breathtaking landscape of limestone hills, flowing rivers, and majestic skies. Located along the banks of the Bach Dang River, this region features pristine and grand natural scenery, cascading hills, mild and refreshing weather throughout the year.

Legend has it that Mount U Bo was where Tran Hung Dao stood to command naval battles against the invading Yuan-Mongol forces. From the summit, one can overlook the panoramic view of the Bach Dang River.
Trang Kenh is home to fascinating caves. Vua Cave in Minh Tan village boasts numerous branches with year-round cool water, standing 18m tall and 10m wide. Visitors here can also explore the ancient stone jewelry crafting site dating back 4,000 years.
Cat Ba
Cat Ba Island, known as the gem of the North Bay, is situated south of Ha Long Bay, presenting a picturesque beauty. The turquoise beach, abundant seafood, and unique local festivals like the Bà Temple celebration await visitors.

Cat Ba boasts pristine forests on limestone mountains. To the southeast lies Lan Ha Bay, while to the west is Cat Gia Bay with its azure beaches, white sand, and gentle waves—a perfect destination for beach lovers and resort-goers. The island's winding mountainous roads traverse through the national park.
Recognized by UNESCO as a biosphere reserve since December 2014, Cat Ba converges diverse climate elements, including tropical rainforests on limestone, coral reefs, mangrove forests, seaweed carpets, and notably, an extensive cave system.
