In June, Google introduced the Chrome 64-bit version for Windows, still in the early development stages and only available on the Chrome Canary test channel for developers. However, Google is now ready to release Chrome 64-bit in the Beta version, a more refined test version for general users to download and use.
Now, if you're using Windows 7 64-bit or Windows 8 64-bit, you can download and use Chrome 64-bit here with Chrome 64 Bit Beta versions available in both Vietnamese and English. Afterward, just wait for Chrome to download and install on your computer (it will automatically update if you already have Chrome). Of course, this is a beta version, so some errors may occur. Nevertheless, according to the author's experience, no significant issues have been encountered.
Why consider transitioning to Chrome 64-bit?
Numerous hardware devices and software platforms nowadays support 64-bit technology, aiming to provide stability, improved performance, speed, and enhanced capabilities for machines running 64-bit with 4GB RAM or more. Additionally, Chrome 64-bit leverages and exploits the power of modern 64-bit chips for optimal speed, high performance, and reduced browser crashes compared to the 32-bit version.
With the release of this beta test, Google is ready to introduce the official Chrome 64-bit version as soon as possible.
