To construct Cau Tau Port, hundreds of former prisoners had to climb mountains, use their hands to carry gigantic rocks on Chua Mountain's steep and treacherous paths. Cau Tau Port is assembled from large cubic blocks of rocks, weighing several tons, which exhausted the strength of many prisoners.
