1. Game structure and equipment changes
- Gold earned from creeps reduced by 5%.
- Bracer: Magic resistance reduced from 6% to 5%.
- Chainmail: Armor bonus reduced from 5 to 4.
- Hand of Midas: Formula cost increased from 1650 to 1750.
- Medallion of Courage: Cost reduced from 7 to 6.
- Phase Boots: Movement speed decreased from 6 to 5.
- Sentry Ward: Shop restock time increased from 70s to 85s.
- Solar Crest: Armor reduced from 12 to 10, formula cost increased from 300 to 400.
2. Alterations in hero stats, abilities, and talents
Alchemist:
- Greevil's Greed: Reduced gold per stack from 4 to 3.
- Chemical Rage (Ultimate): No longer restores mana.
- Talent Level 15: Decreased damage from 50 to 30.
- Talent Level 25: Reduced BAT from -0.2s to -0.15s.
Brewmaster:
- Primal Split: Increased damage of Bear's Wind Walk from 100/160/220 to 140/200/260.
Broodmother
- With Scepter, Spin Web reduces the stack count from 12 to 10 and decreases movement speed from 30% to 20%.
- Chaos Strike damage bonus increased from 160/195/230/265% to 160/200/240/280%.
- Talent Level 15: Reduced cooldown time from 15% to 12%.
Chen
- Maximum level of controlled jungle creeps in Holy Persuasion decreased from 4/5/6/6 to 3/4/5/6.
- Divine Favor passive reduced health regeneration from 8/12/16/20% to 6/10/14/18%, and active increased cooldown from 120/100/80/60 seconds to 140/120/100/80 seconds.
- Talent Level 15 increased Divine Favor cooldown from 30 seconds to 40 seconds.
Clockwerk
- Base Intelligence increased from 17 to 18.
- Additional Intelligence per level increased from 1.3 to 1.5.
- Base movement speed also increased from 310 to 315.
- Power Cog effective radius increased by 15 units.
Disruptor
- Static Storm damage increased from 200/250/300 to 200/275/350.
- Static Storm radius increased from 450 to 500.
Drow Ranger
- Precision Aura increases effects from 20/40/60/80% to 22/44/66/88%.
- Talent Level 15: Gust Blind raised from 40% to 50%
Elder Titan
- Astral Spirit cooldown changed from 17s to 23/21/19/17s.
Enchantress
- Base damage reduced by 4.
- Nature's Attendants healing decreased from 10/11/12/13 to 7/9/11/13.
- Impetus damage reduction from 16/22/28% to 14/20/26%
Faceless Void
- Agility per level reduced from 3.2 to 3.
- Chronosphere cooldown now fixed at 140 seconds per level.
Gyrocopter
- Scepter-empowered Side Gunner firing rate reduced from 1.1 to 1.2 seconds per shot.
Io
- Talent Level 15: Spirits Apply Slow replaced with +90 gold/minute talent.
- Talent Level 20: Spirits Apply Slow shifted to 75 Damage Spirits Hero.
- Talent Level 25: 75 Spirits Hero Damage now a level 25 talent, replaced with +150 gold/minute.
Keeper of the Light
- Reduced Blinding Light cooldown from 30/25/20/15 to a fixed 14 seconds, increased skill cast range from 550/600/650/700 to 575/650/725/800.
- Mana loss effect from Chakra Magic increased from 4/4.5/5/5.5% to 4.5/5/5.5/6%.
- Talent Level 25: Will-O-Wisp Flicker increased from 2 to 3.
Kunkka
- Talent Level 15: Reduced health regeneration from 12 to 10.
- Talent Level 20: Strength bonus decreased from 25 to 20.
Lycan
- Scepter-enhanced Summon Wolves increases wolf count to 3, reduces gold reward for killing wolf from 20 to 15.
- Shapeshift cooldown reduced from 130/105/80s to 110/95/80s.
Mirana
- Sacred Arrow base damage decreased from 80/160/240/320 to 40/120/200/280, bonus damage increased from 140 to 180.
- Mana cost for Moonlight Shadow increased from 75 to 125.
Night Stalker
- Void no longer deals 50% damage during the day.
Ogre Magi
- Base damage reduced by 4.
Phantom Lancer
- Damage from Juxtapose illusions increased from 20% to 22%
Puck
- Jaunt disabled when tethered.
- Additional Agility per level increased from 1.7 to 2.2.
- Phase Shift no longer disabled when tethered.
- Talent Level 20: Reduced Waning Rift cooldown from 8s to 9s.
- Talent Level 20: Increased Illusory Orb flying speed from 40% to 50%
Shadow Demon
- Soul Catcher damage reduction from 25/30/35/40% to 20/25/30/35% health.
- Talent Level 25: Reduced movement speed from 30 to 25.
Tiny
- Initial Strength reduced by 2.
- Tree Volley: Damage on cast reduced from 120% to 100%, mana cost increased from 150 to 200, cooldown also increased from 12 to 15.
Undying
- Maximum units for Soul Rip reduced from 8/10/12/14 to 8/9/10/11, damage/health restore per unit increased from 22/26/30/34 to 22/29/36/43.
- Flesh Golem's health reduction effect increased from 7% to 9% per second.
Ursa
- Earthshock damage increased from 50/100/150/200 to 75/125/175/225.
Venomancer
- Plague Ward's Base Attack Time reduced from 1.5 to 1.4.
- Venomous Gale damage increased from 10/40/70/100 to 15/45/75/105.
