Guide to reach Chau Thoi Pagoda in Binh Duong
Chau Thoi Pagoda is located in Binh An commune, Di An district, Binh Duong province, about 4km from Bien Hoa city (Dong Nai) and 24km from Ho Chi Minh City. The pagoda is situated 82m above sea level, making it the best spot to admire the beauty of Binh Duong from above.

This is one of the oldest pagodas in Binh Duong province, built in 1681. To reach Chau Thoi Pagoda, you will have to climb 200 steps. Although the journey may be a bit challenging, the reward is the breathtaking panoramic view from the top.

Chau Thoi Pagoda features ancient architecture with an eye-catching yellow color. The main hall roof follows the quadrilateral style. The pagoda uses pieces of ceramic to shape dragons at the ends of the roof. On the roof's top, there are nine dragons looking in various directions. The front is adorned with ceramic depicting mythical creatures, deities, and the Buddha's birth. Surrounding the pagoda are numerous artificial lakes, trees, and rock formations, creating a simultaneously wild and picturesque scenery.

The temple currently preserves numerous valuable cultural and historical statues and bells. In the main hall, there is a set of bronze statues, including 18 Arhats and Ten Kings made of terracotta. Additionally, there are three stone statues dating back to the 18th century, and a centuries-old wooden statue of Quan Am.

Directions: From Ho Chi Minh City, head towards Pham Van Dong Road, continue through Linh Xuan intersection (Thu Duc), and enter Binh Duong province. Look to your right, and you'll catch a glimpse of the temple from above.
