You are required to fill/select the information marked with * in red: Province/City and Full name.
- Province/City: Choose the province from the available list. You can select the place of permanent or temporary residence. The illustration below represents the place of permanent residence.
- Full name: Enter the accented full name of the person you want to check the SI identification number.
After entering the information, check the box 'I am not a robot' => Click 'Search'.
* Step 4: Receive social insurance identification number information
Upon completing the steps as instructed, you receive results including the SI identification number, full name, gender, date of birth, ID number, address, and whether the information is synchronized or not.

* Step 1: Access the inquiry page as instructed in the case of checking SI identification number in section 2.1.
* Step 2: Click on 'Check Units Participating in SI'
* Step 3: Provide inquiry information
- The information to be filled includes: Province/City; SI Agency; 01 of the following information: Unit Code, Unit Name, or Tax ID => Check 'I am not a robot' => Click 'Search'
- The information marked with (*) must be filled. The more detailed information you provide, the more accurate the results will be.
* Step 4: Receive the results
After completing the input of information as instructed, you receive the following results:
