- To avoid disconnection after using up the allocated data in the plan, subscribers must purchase additional Data X15/25/35/4G plans as per their needs. Failure to do so will result in internet disconnection and the inability to use Vinaphone's Mobile Internet services.
- Additional Data plans come with extra data volume at the listed prices, inclusive of VAT, and are deducted directly from the prepaid account.
- The promotion period for additional data plans is unlimited, and subscribers can purchase multiple plans during this time. However, if additional plans are purchased while the current plan is still active, the data benefits from the old plan will not be accumulated.
- It is recommended to turn off 3G and 4G access on your phone after usage to prevent unnecessary data consumption by background apps.
- Plans are automatically renewed every 30 days from the successful registration date.
