Experience the idyllic and poetic charm of O Loan Lagoon in Phu Yen

O Loan Lagoon is a brackish water lagoon, situated right by the sea entrance, approximately 22 km from Tuy Hoa city. O Loan Lagoon gained fame among Phu Yen tourists after appearing in the blockbuster film 'I see yellow flowers on green grass' due to its serene and picturesque scenery, deeply imbued with rustic simplicity.

The name O Loan for this lagoon is derived from the beautiful fairy with a tilting posture, named Loan. Legend has it that she rode on the mythical creature Thoat Thaok and, upon reaching the Tuy An region, both she and the bird gradually became tired, transforming into a lagoon and giving rise to the name O Loan Lagoon.

Viewing from above, you will see O Loan Lagoon lying right under Quan Cau Pass, resembling a Phoenix spreading its wings, creating an indescribable beauty in this location. The most sought-after moments at O Loan Lagoon are during sunrise and sunset.

Not only does this place evoke emotions with its vibrant scenery, but the seafood here is also a must-try. Hand-caught by local fishermen, the seafood is incredibly fresh and delicious. Moreover, you can indulge in local specialties at very affordable prices in the surrounding area of the lagoon.

O Loan Lagoon is a well-known spot for those who love photography and famous photographers. It's a place you wouldn't want to miss when visiting Phu Yen.
