Dương Kinh District is located in the southeast of Hải Phòng, covering a natural land area of 4,584.86 hectares. In terms of natural position, the district enjoys many advantages as it connects flexibly between the city's dynamic development regions. With a diverse transportation system and well-planned infrastructure, the population is fairly concentrated on the foundation of traditional culture.

3. An Biên Lake
An Biên Lake covers an area of approximately 170,000m2, with an average depth of about 3m. The lake is located in the An Biên ward and was originally a tributary of the Lạch Tray River, connected to the Cấm River, gradually dammed to form the lake. In the early 20th century, fishermen from Đà Cụ village, now An Đà ward, and Đông Khê village could easily navigate their boats from An Biên Lake to the Cấm River and Lạch Tray River.
The dam between An Biên Lake and Quần Ngựa Lake belongs to the Youth Culture and Sports Palace, established when the French government created a sports area in the An Biên region. An Biên Lake is the largest lake in the city, holding a crucial position in terms of landscape, environment, and economy. Around the lake, there are ancient architectural structures such as An Đà Pagoda, An Đà Temple, both situated on the lake's edge, Dong Khe Pagoda, Bac Communal House, Nam Phap Church, and cultural facilities like the Youth Culture and Sports Palace, the Vietnam-Czech Friendship Labor Cultural Palace, the Children's Cultural Palace, the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs, and An Biên Park.

To the southeast, it borders Hồng Bàng and Lê Chân Districts.
An Dương is a crucial industrial, agricultural, and service area of Hải Phòng. It hosts industrial zones like Nomura Industrial Zone, Bến Kiền Industrial Cluster, Hải Phòng – Sài Gòn Industrial Zone, Đặng Cương Industrial Zone, and Tràng Duệ Industrial Zone.

6. Historic Site of Đền Trạng Trình Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm – Vĩnh Bảo District
Đền Trạng Trình Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm Historical Site is a place showcasing the outstanding cultural figure of our country. The site exhibits a comprehensive collection of artifacts related to the life and career of Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm. Located in Trung Am village, Lý Học commune, Vĩnh Bảo district, Hải Phòng City, the historical site consists of various architectural elements.
Đền Trạng Trình Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm Historical Site includes 9 components: the Kình Thiên Pen Tower; the temple built after the ancestor's death (1585) with three front halls, two rear halls, and two water ponds in front symbolizing the sky and earth, with an ornamental screen inside the temple inscribed with the words 'An Nam Lý Học'; the exhibition house detailing the life and career of Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm; the ancestral grave behind the temple; a 5.7m tall, 8.5-ton stone statue of Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm; a crescent-shaped lake of approximately 1,000m²; Song Mai Pagoda; the Ancestral House with statues honoring Minh Nguyệt, Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm's wife, and Quán Trung Tân, preserving modern beliefs about the term 'Trung' in alignment with 'chí trung chí thiện.'
Đền Trạng Trình Historical Site has been chosen as the location for the fireworks display, bringing a festive atmosphere to this land of scholarship.

7. Administrative Center of Tiên Lãng District
Tiên Lãng District is located in the southwest of Hải Phòng City, bordered by Vĩnh Bảo district to the southwest, Tứ Kỳ and Thanh Hà districts of Hải Dương province to the northeast, An Lão and Kiến Thuỵ districts to the north, overlooking the Gulf of Tonkin to the east, and Thái Thuỵ district of Thái Bình province to the southeast. Tiên Lãng town serves as the administrative and political center of Tiên Lãng district, with convenient water and land transportation systems, laying the foundation for urban, industrial, and tourism development.

The fireworks will be of two types:
