With the goal of indulging in the culinary delights of Da Nang in just 2 days and 1 night, I had to carefully plan and schedule what to eat, when to eat, and where to eat. Let's discover the delicious dishes of Da Nang together.
Day 1
Since we had breakfast in Hanoi before boarding the plane, by the time we arrived in Da Nang around 10 AM, we dropped our luggage at the hotel and kicked off our food tour with some signature snacks.
- Auntie Hoa's Rice Paper Sandwich: This is a popular budget-friendly snack spot among the young community in Da Nang, offering a diverse menu including dry rice paper, wet rice paper with dried beef, pate, eggs, etc. Prices range from 5,000 VND to 20,000 VND per serving.

- Pork rice paper rolls: A familiar dish but with its own unique flavor in Da Nang thanks to the distinctive fish sauce dip. Each piece of boiled pork, thinly sliced and long, retains its moist tenderness, wrapped in rice paper with various raw vegetables like lettuce, pineapple, cucumber, etc., dipped in fish sauce makes you want to keep eating.

This is a quality seafood eatery with affordable prices that satisfies both locals and tourists alike. At Mrs. Thoi's seafood restaurant, you can indulge in a variety of seafood dishes made from fresh and safely sourced ingredients.
If you're strolling around to discover Da Nang's cuisine at night, here are some typical dishes:
- Mrs. Be's Bánh Canh (Mrs. Song) at Cho Con Market: This eatery is located on the sidewalk next to Cho Con Market (corner of Hung Vuong Street), specializing in steamed or fried fish cake bánh canh, served with bones or skate, priced from 20,000 VND/bowl, open from 7 PM to 2 AM.

For our last meal in Da Nang, we opted for bun mam, a signature dish of the central region.
- Bun Mam: This dish boasts the authentic flavors of Central Vietnam. In Da Nang, you can easily find a spot to enjoy authentic bun mam at Tran Ke Xuong bun mam alley. The taste of bun mam here is a harmonious blend of savory pork, crunchy peanuts, the distinctive flavor of fermented fish sauce, and fresh vegetables like lettuce, basil, and banana blossom. To fully savor this dish, make sure to mix all the ingredients thoroughly before eating.
