Sandra Paut, owner of D’Place Kinabalu, shares: “One day, while enjoying sushi, I immediately thought of creating a sushi dish with coconut crab. Not many people dare to eat live insects, so this could be considered a bold culinary venture. Now, it's a signature dish of the restaurant, and we are famous for it.” Photo: Sabatouristmkor, Rare.malaysia.
