“In fact, Uncle Tu Gia's beef meatball noodles have been renowned in Saigon for a long time thanks to some special secrets that are nowhere to be found. I spent a year unraveling these secrets and decided to acquire it to start my own business. Luckily, the owner of the Uncle Tu Gia brand is also a fan and admirer of mine, so he passed on all the secrets to me so I could bring the most enticing dish to diners,” shared Binh Minh.
Despite being a successful actor and model, Binh Minh personally took charge in the kitchen to showcase his noodle-making skills to colleagues who came to support him on the opening day.

Chunky Rom Moc Noodles is named after the nickname that fellow artists affectionately call Hoai Linh. In addition to his love for the stage, Hoai Linh dedicates his energy to this noodle shop as a token of appreciation to colleagues and adoring fans.
Each bowl of rom moc noodles is crafted from fresh ingredients, with the broth simmered meticulously from bones to create a delicate sweetness. Particularly, Hoai Linh humorously advises diners, “Note: the chili sauce is pretty spicy @@”.

The main ingredients of the dish include noodles, shredded chicken, mushrooms, sausage, pork meatloaf, and bamboo shoots in a broth simmered from chicken and pork bones. In addition to chicken mushroom noodles, the menu also offers many other delicious dishes such as stir-fried noodles, beef stir-fry, and various types of smoothies.
