Despite being recently unveiled, MahaNakhon has rapidly become the most checked-in spot on Thai social media.
Bangkok Travelers Eagerly Check-In at MahaNakhon – Thailand's Newly Constructed Tallest Building
Constructed over a 5-year period, towering at a height of 314m with 77 floors, MahaNakhon is currently the tallest building in Thailand. In addition to its record-breaking height, MahaNakhon features a remarkably innovative design – its facades resemble a Lego tower with a few missing bricks. This design concept is attributed to the multinational architectural firm Buro Ole Scheeren.

Immediately after its inauguration on August 29, the building situated in Bangkok's Silom/Sathorn commercial hub has garnered significant attention with its distinctive appearance. MahaNakhon is expected to be the new center of Thailand, housing a variety of offices, hotels, restaurants, vibrant and upscale shopping areas.

Multicolored lights emitting from the 314m building illuminate the night sky, marking the official launch of the 18 billion baht project (approximately 11.5 trillion dong). This project, owned by the Pace Development Corp, is located on Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Road in the bustling Silom district, attracting numerous tourists.

The emergence of this uniquely surreal architectural marvel is a source of pride for the people of Thailand. Many Thai youths and tourists quickly visit and capture moments here, creating a MahaNakhon wave across various social media platforms.

Before that, Baiyoke Tower II with a height of 304m in the Ratchathewi district, Bangkok, held the title of the tallest building in Thailand for two decades.
