Bình Phước's climate is divided into two distinct seasons: the rainy season, typically lasting from May to October; and the dry season, usually from November to April the following year. The most ideal times to explore the land of Bình Phước are the following two periods:
- Late December to January: This is when Bình Phước adorns itself in the vibrant cloak of spring. The early spring sunshine delicately illuminates the winding paths, and the rubber tree leaves transition to a stunning shade of golden orange. The air carries a slight chill of the new year.

- Late February to early March: This is the season of flourishing coffee blossoms. During this time in Bình Phước, you'll easily encounter spaces filled with the white hue of coffee flowers.

Especially during the dry season, the roads to some districts and communes in Bình Phước are much easier to traverse.
2. Transportation to Bình Phước
Situated in the Southeast region of Vietnam, Bình Phước is only about 121 km away from Saigon. Therefore, traveling to explore this place will be easier for those from the South. As for those from the North, it might be a bit more challenging. But fret not, there are ways to get there, just a tad more difficult. People from the North and Central regions can take trains or planes to Saigon and then transfer to Bình Phước using various means of transportation.
Passenger buses: There are numerous passenger buses traveling from Saigon to Bình Phước at Miền Đông Bus Station. Depending on the district you want to visit, you can choose a suitable bus. Simply go to the Bình Phước ticket counter, state your destination, and the ticket seller will assist you in purchasing the appropriate ticket, with prices ranging from 63k to 100k VND.
You can also travel with some other bus companies, such as:

Motorcycles: Bình Phước has quite a few districts, so make sure to be clear on your destination to avoid confusion at the bus station! From Saigon, you have two options for riding your iron horse to Bình Phước. One is via Bình Triệu Bridge to National Highway 13. Two is to go from Saigon Bridge onto Hanoi Highway.
Both routes pass through Bình Dương before reaching Bình Phước. The road to Bình Phước often encounters traffic at the intersection of National Highway 13 and Bình Dương Avenue, so don't forget to bring all your personal documents and adhere to traffic safety laws! As you near Bình Phước, you'll see lush green rubber trees on both sides of the road, incredibly beautiful! Riding a motorcycle is still the best option because you can admire the scenery while traveling, then stop for a few stylish check-ins along the way.
