With a robust force available from the GrabBike service, customers select the pick-up point as their location and the destination as the recipient's address for delivery, and vice versa if they are the recipient. The exact fare will be displayed as soon as you select the two addresses. The driver's location is always visible on the map in real-time, allowing you to know almost precisely when the driver will deliver the goods.

Advantages of GrabExpress:

- Fast delivery, committed to delivering within 1 hour

- The cost, if considered in today's market, is cheap, starting at 15,000 VND for the first 2 kilometers and 5,000 VND/km for subsequent kilometers. Thus, Grab hits the right note for many shippers, offering low shipping costs.

- Free cash-on-delivery service for shippers, resembling the COD service in the current delivery market. However, instead of charging, GrabExpress offers it entirely free, supporting both cash and bank card payments.

- GrabExpress service applies flexible pricing when demand is high, based on location and time of day.

- GrabExpress only accepts deliveries and does not handle cash on delivery. Therefore, drivers may refuse these trips, and Grab is not responsible for any potential losses (if any).

- Delivery drivers will call the recipient 03 times to confirm delivery (at 03 different times spaced 15 minutes apart). If the recipient does not answer, the driver will notify the sender to handle the return.
