What makes Ke Ga Lighthouse special?
Check-in with centuries-old porcelain
To reach the lighthouse, you'll have to traverse a path with steep staircases and rows of centuries-old porcelain trees planted on both sides. In late July, these trees compete to show off their colors, creating an incredibly picturesque scene. The sweet scent of porcelain flowers drifting in the sea breeze will enchant the souls of travelers. And of course, this is a must-not-miss spot for travelers to check-in.
Discovering unique architecture
The main material used to construct the lighthouse is blocks of granite stone brought from France, exuding eternal beauty over time. Each stone block is meticulously shaped and carved to fit seamlessly together without the need for any binding material.

The most remarkable thing is that to this day, for over a century, every granite stone joint remains tightly knit, showcasing the talent of French architects. Whenever sunlight shines upon it, the lighthouse sparkles even brighter, majestic and steadfast like a sword of the sea. In front of the lighthouse entrance stands a large granite stone slab engraved with the year 1899, marking its inauguration.
Conquering the spiral staircase
To ascend to the top of the lighthouse, you must conquer the 183-step spiral staircase made of reinforced concrete. Due to its interior area narrowing to just 3m and gradually tapering upwards, some may find it dizzying. It's indeed a challenge to conquer the towering 65m tower, but what awaits you afterward is completely worthwhile. A indescribable feeling of euphoria washes over you as the vast expanse of sky, clouds, and sea unfolds before your eyes.

Admiring the breathtaking sunset over the sea
The most beautiful moment at the lighthouse is during sunset. The evening glow paints the space red, then is reflected by the shimmering sea surface, creating a scene that is both romantic and spectacular. This is also the time when the tide recedes, revealing white sandy beaches and rocky outcrops surrounding the lighthouse. The majestic natural scenery guarantees you'll capture thousands of beautiful pictures no matter where you stand. On top of the lighthouse is the best spot to admire the sunset in Binh Thuan.
Don't forget to go fishing and enjoy seafood
In the afternoon, as the tide recedes, the large rocky outcrops become favorite fishing spots for local residents. If you enjoy this elegant hobby, you can also try your hand at fishing. Otherwise, visit the shore to buy seafood from local fishermen and organize a barbecue right by the sea.
