Note: Currently, the technique of storing or unstoring Facebook Workplace groups is not integrated and supported on Android and iPhone devices. To use this feature, perform the following steps on a computer as outlined below:
Step 1: Access Facebook Workplace on a web browser as shown in the image below.
To execute the process of storing a Facebook Workplace group, access the group with administrator privileges. Click on the Settings icon and choose the Group Management option as depicted in the image above.
Step 2: After successfully accessing the Group Management section, select the group you administer, the administrators.
Step 3: To set up the feature of storing Facebook Workplace groups, click on the three-dot icon on the main interface of the Facebook Workplace group.
A form will appear, select the Store Group option as shown in the image above to perform the action of storing the Facebook Workplace group.
Step 4: The system will prompt you to confirm the action of storing the Facebook Workplace group. To confirm, select the Accept option.
Step 5: Immediately, Facebook Workplace will proceed to lock and store the Facebook Workplace group and send a notification as shown below.
* How to Unstore a Facebook Workplace Group
To unstore a Facebook Workplace group, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the group where you have administrator rights and visit the group that has been stored in Facebook Workplace following the steps performed earlier.
Step 2: Here, choose the Unstore Group option as shown below to unstore the Facebook Workplace group.
Step 6: The system will prompt you to confirm whether you want to unstore this Facebook Workplace group or not. Click on Accept.
