Back in time, 61 years ago, amidst the mountains of Quy in the land of Central Vietnam, a man named Tran Tuong paused to admire the landscape, Feng Shui, and believed this place to be rare with Long – Lan – Quy – Phung energy. Consequently, that man... ventured into the forest to open a seafood restaurant!
In those days, anyone passing through the section of National Highway 1A facing Cam Ranh Bay could not help but be acquainted with the 'sea deity' of this region – a hidden coastal haven amidst a sea of bamboo forests right by the ocean.

From its early days, the restaurant gained fame with an irresistible trio of dishes: Ngoc Suong fish salad paired with grilled rice paper, fresh steamed fish with a dipping sauce made from local salt, and a savory porridge featuring tender crab meat and sweet, fragrant milk clams.
