* 1-Gold Champions
- Kalista: Decreased AD percentage from 180/200/240% to 180%/200%/220%.
- Vayne: Reduced bonus damage from 70/90/110 to 70/85/100.
- Kha'Zix: Reduced damage from 250/350/500 to 250/350/450.
* 2-Gold Champions
- Soraka: Decreased damage from 175/275/425 to 200/275/400.
- Brand: Increased damage from 600/900/1500 to 650/950/1750.
* 3-Gold Champions
- Miss Fortune: Decreased damage from 250/375/600 to 250/375/550.
- Nocturne: Increased bonus damage from 80/90/100 to 100.
* Golden 5-star Units
- Akshan: Reduced attack speed from 70/85/400 to 60/70/400.

In the TFT 11.20 update, Riot also doubled the drop rate of rare Golden Wish Gems and introduced some new potential boosts. Specifically, all players will now receive a second Golden Wish Gem in round 5-1 (7-3 Hyper-roll):
