The winding mountain passes leading to Da Lat City (Lam Dong) are renowned for their breathtaking beauty, unique to the Central Highlands region. Pay a visit to Da Lat once, and you'll have the opportunity to admire the majestic and poetic beauty of these mountain passes.
Prenn Pass
Prenn Pass stretches for 11 km, approximately 10 km from the center of Da Lat. It's also the route from Lien Khuong Airport to the city. Prenn Pass features a moderate incline, winding past a waterfall of the same name.
The towering pine trees on either side of the mountain pass offer breathtaking views that captivate travelers' hearts. This place is often likened to the graceful pink silk ribbon of the city, thanks to the stretches of apricot and cherry blossom gardens along the route.
Along the mountain pass, travelers can stop their vehicles, visit the white villa, and explore the spooky stories surrounding this house. When reaching Prenn Pass, you'll feel the coolness of the mountain town even in the sunny weather. Around 1-2 pm, the road will be covered by clouds and mist.

Ta Nung Pass
Ta Nung Pass is the road connecting the city center with Lam Ha district. The nearly 30 km road, with one side being high hills and the other side being deep valleys along with continuous rows of pine trees.
The grandeur and danger of the twists and turns on this route only further spur the adventurous souls to hit the road. Ta Nung Pass passes through a village with a tradition of silk weaving, hence it's also known as the 'silk road'.
Around October and November, both sides of the road are filled with the golden hue of wild sunflowers. Travelers conquering Ta Nung can also visit Van Duc Pagoda to experience peace at the Buddha's door.

Bao Loc Pass
Bao Loc Pass lies between the boundaries of Bao Loc City and Dahuoai District, stretching approximately 15 km with steep slopes and sharp turns. Among the sections leading to Da Lat, Bao Loc is the most perilous route.
Formerly known as Ba Co Pass, associated with mysterious and eerie tales of the unjust deaths of 3 young girls. Nowadays, Bao Loc Pass has been renovated, widened, and made safer, attracting many domestic and international tourists to admire the romantic mountainous scenery.
