The Marshall Stanmore III boasts the iconic classic design similar to many other Marshall products. This not only meets the entertainment needs with high-quality sound but also serves as a decorative item in your living room or workspace. So what other attractive features does this speaker offer? Let's find out in this hands-on review.

What many users also love about choosing products from Marshall certainly comes from the design and craftsmanship of the product. It's fair to say that the design of this speaker has made me fall in love from the first glance thanks to its classic style and exquisite craftsmanship.

The product delivers a nostalgic Western experience with the front-facing speaker grille and overall rectangular design.

The highlight on the front comes from the silver speaker grille combined with the metal Marshall lettering, creating a unique metallic sheen. At the bottom, the Marshall Stanmore III also integrates additional gold metal strips to further enhance the front-facing look.

The overall material of the product is finished in black leather surrounding metal details, creating a sense of sophistication and luxury.

The control buttons are entirely placed on the top side, making it very convenient for users to operate, especially when you place the speaker close to the wall.

The buttons are designed in a circular shape with a rotary mechanism that allows you to quickly adjust the volume, bass, and treble. Additionally, the power switch is also intriguing with a physical toggle switch similar to those on classic cars like Rolls Royce or BMW.

Furthermore, the Marshall Stanmore III is also equipped with song control buttons and music mode change buttons on the speaker itself. Along with that, the product also integrates an AUX port, allowing you to use wired connection with external speakers for using a microphone or transmitting high-quality audio.

The back of the device is perhaps the only downside I want to mention. The back is quite simplified with a large speaker port and a common 3.5mm jack and power plug in the shape of a figure eight.

However, the details seem to become much more cluttered when the specifications and standards are decorated all over the back. From there, looking at the back makes me quite uncomfortable and feels chaotic.

In terms of sound quality, similar to many other Marshall speakers, the Marshall Stanmore III offers a wide sound range with good detail and high soundstage. The standout feature of this speaker lies in its ability to reproduce bass and drum sounds with a Jazz music orientation.

Furthermore, the sound produced by the Marshall Stanmore III also excels in vocals, with clear and emotive singing separated from the background music, regardless of how loud the sound is.

Combined with Dynamic Loudness, the sound emitted is quite vibrant in spacious environments. The sound ranges are harmonized, offering you an experience similar to a real concert.

Additionally, the class D amplifier technology with 2 treble and 1 bass enhances the enjoyment of strong music genres like Rock or Jazz. The relaxed bass direction provides a powerful yet non-boomy feeling.
However, due to the lack of a dedicated subwoofer, it seems that high-intensity songs like Opera or orchestral music may not be perfectly conveyed by the Marshall Stanmore III.

In terms of volume, with a power output of up to 80W, it can comfortably play music in spacious areas such as large rooms up to 50m² or during outdoor gatherings with friends.
Note that the Marshall Stanmore III operates on direct power and does not have a battery, so make sure to have a power source ready before heading outdoors. Additionally, with a weight of up to 4.25kg, it's not lightweight for dynamic trips.

Regarding connectivity, in addition to common standards like the 3.5mm jack or Bluetooth 5.2 for long-range connections up to 10m, the Marshall Stanmore III also offers high-quality audio connectivity via RCA for an even better music experience.

Overall, the Marshall Stanmore III is a fairly decent choice for the price of 10.29 million VND. The product boasts advantages thanks to its beautiful classic design and excellent sound quality when enjoying rock or jazz music genres. However, there are also some weaknesses such as the lack of a subwoofer or the absence of a battery that you'll have to accept.
