Unveiling the Runic Power Mode in PUBG Mobile
In this Runic Power mode of PUBG Mobile, players must collect Rune Crystals to possess special powers during battles. They can choose from three special power options: Flame Rune, Arctic Rune, and Wind Rune.
Players can only select one rune per match. By combining crystals, they can harness the unique power of runes to dominate the battlefield. Each rune has two special abilities: Summoning and Skill Enhancement. Energy is required to use these abilities, so players must search for shards throughout the match to replenish their energy bars and utilize their special abilities. Players who are eliminated can be revived at Research Stations.
Understanding the Abilities of Each Rune in the Runic Power Mode of PUBG Mobile
- Summoning Skill: Summons a fiery wheel made of metal rolling slowly forward. It inflicts minimal burning damage like a Molotov cocktail to enemies it touches. Players can also use it as a shield. It lasts for 30 seconds.
- Skill Enhancement: Adds fire and burning effects to the player's bullets, increasing damage. It deals additional damage to protective headgear items.
2. Frost Rune
- Summoning Skill: Summons an ice wall. Each ice wall can be destroyed by specific types of bullets. When the ice wall appears, it can lift the player or the vehicle above them. This wall is excellent for shielding, and its duration is 30 seconds.
- Skill Enhancement: Adds freezing effects to bullets for a short duration. Freezing reduces the effectiveness of healing, item-based recovery. It also deals additional damage to the magma wheel from the summoning skill of the Inferno Rune.
3. Gale Rune
- Summoning Skill: Summons a transparent shield or wind shelter to block bullets and reduce damage from bullets outside the shield. Players can shoot normally from inside the shield. The shield's duration is 1 minute (60 seconds).
- Skill Enhancement: Increases player movement speed and reload speed. It also increases damage to ice walls from the summoning skill of the Frost Rune.
