Unveiling the truth about Inspire serum – how effective is it really?
At the mention of Inspire serum, many might assume it's a product from an international brand. However, this fruit-based concoction hails from Vietnam. Having used it recently, here's my comprehensive review. Does it truly deliver the promised glow and radiance? Find out in this article.
A glimpse into the brand behind Inspire serum

Inspire serum belongs to the Vietnamese brand, Trinh Cosmetic. At first glance, one might find it hard to believe it's of Vietnamese origin. The brand is relatively new, with a youthful CEO at its helm. Their focus lies in creating skincare products with natural, skin-friendly ingredients.
A detailed analysis of the ingredients in Inspire serum

I've been diligent and thorough in my use of this product. Rest assured, my review is unbiased. This serum contains entirely natural ingredients such as cat apple, bitter melon, cucumber, fig, grape, beetroot, palm fruit, queen of flower pollen, mangosteen peel, peach, chamomile, lavender, jasmine, and rose…
Additionally, it includes water, alpha arbutin, glycerin... ingredients known for moisturizing and brightening the skin. Notably, Inspire serum also contains fragrance, so if you're sensitive to scented serums, you might want to steer clear.
The appearance of Inspire serum
This bottle features a translucent body, with gray-toned packaging and a white pump. Overall, it exudes an air of sophistication. The bottle clearly labels 'Inspire' in English, indicating its features. This is an Ampoule – a super-serum that delivers smaller, more rapidly absorbed active ingredients at higher concentrations.

Overall, it's elegantly simple and classy, definitely not 'cheap' in any sense of the word.
The consistency of Inspire serum
I noticed the serum has a strong scent due to its fragrance content, reminiscent of ginseng and musk. With an abundance of natural ingredients, it has quite a unique smell. Moreover, the scent lingers for quite some time, which can be unpleasant. It's important to note this because it's not just a fleeting scent. The texture is gel-like, thin, and absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky residue. It's recommended to massage it in for a face-lifting effect.
Effectiveness assessment
I found that it instantly hydrates and brightens the skin, but for my extremely dry skin, it wasn't quite sufficient. In terms of brightening and reducing dark spots, I did see some improvement after using it for about 3-4 weeks. However, its ability to even out skin tone isn't very noticeable.
Overall, it seems suitable for those looking to slightly lighten their skin tone. While the ingredient list may be lengthy, it's generally good. This serum may require an additional moisturizer for a more radiant complexion. Again, it contains fragrance, so use caution. Many recommend it for acne-prone skin, which seems reasonable considering its gentle nature.

Being a Vietnamese product, there doesn't seem to be any counterfeit versions, so feel free to purchase with confidence. It's priced around 350k VND. Personally, I wouldn't repurchase as it didn't quite deliver the results I hoped for. However, the price isn't exorbitant, so if you're in the market for a lightening serum, it's worth considering.
