As the Corona pandemic continues to spread, with an increasing number of cases and symptoms related to Corona virus, efficient disease monitoring becomes crucial. To further enhance disease prevention, following the launch of the Ministry of Health information channel, Zalo introduces the continuous update chatbot Corona Virus Prevention.

Check Corona virus infection locations via Zalo
Step 1: Open the Zalo app and log in to your personal account.
Step 2: On the workspace, enter the keyword Corona Virus Prevention into the search bar at the top of the screen. Alternatively, you can quickly access it through the link Here.
Click on the Corona Virus Prevention chatbot in the search results list.
Step 3: In the newly displayed screen, click the Interest button.
Step 4: Immediately, you will be redirected to the Corona Virus Prevention chatbot screen. Here, the application provides three buttons corresponding to three main functions below the screen.
- Assistance : Provides information on Understanding nCoV, Prevention Methods, Safety Checks, Receiving Hospitals.
- Statistics : Provides data on the disease in Vietnam, World, and Patient Movement Routes.
- News : The news page provides the latest information on the Corona virus.
Step 5: Additionally, you can look up information about the specific disease situation in each locality by sending a message to the Chatbot.
Enter the local license plate, province name in the message, and then click the Send icon. Or click the Share Current Location button.
The Chatbot will then present two options:
- Look up receiving hospitals
- Look up the safety level of the locality
