Before exporting contacts from iPhone, ensure you have iTools software installed. Download iTools for Windows or iTools for Mac, and have a connecting cable and computer ready.
PERFORM EXPORT OF IPHONE 5s, 6, 6s, 6s PLUS CONTACTS TO CSV (EXCEL FILE)
- Connect your iPhone to the PC using a cable, launch iTools, then select the Information tab as shown below.
- Disable Contacts backup to iCloud by going to Settings on your device, selecting iCloud, turning off Contacts backup, and pressing Save on My iPhone.
- Choose Contacts. Press Close, Continue to proceed...
- Select one or all the numbers you want to export to the CSV file, then press Export as shown in the illustration below.
- Choose CSV format
