In the distance, the border between the sea and the sky resembles a freshly wiped, transparent glass, radiantly clear. Has the ferocious storm swept away all the dirt from this island? The natural painting becomes even more vibrant and splendid, with the sun being described as 'round and benevolent like the red yolk of a naturally rich egg.' The golden rays blend with the blue shades of clouds and sea, creating an incredibly poetic scene of a 'pearly sea pearl sky tinged with pink.'
