In the past, you typically logged into Facebook by entering your phone number or email address and password. However, now you can log in with more options. This brings you a new and interesting experience when using Facebook. Here are the Facebook 2022 login methods for your reference.

1. Logging into Facebook on a computer
If you want to log in on a computer, here are the login methods:
* Log in to Facebook with Gmail
Logging into Facebook with email is the traditional method we often use. You just need to enter your email address and password, then click on Login (or if you have it set to English, login) and you will be logged in.
If you're logging in with your phone number, integrate your email with Facebook for future login convenience.
* Logging into Facebook via phone number
Apart from logging in with an email address, you can also use the phone number registered on Facebook to sign in. Simply enter your phone number, password, and click Login to access your Facebook account.
If you're logging in with an email, consider integrating a phone number as well to utilize this login method.
How to integrate additional phone numbers and emails into Facebook:
Step 1: Open and log in to Facebook then go to the link HERE.
Step 2: In the Contact section, click on Share as shown below.
Step 3: Click on 'Add another email or mobile number.'
Step 4: Here, you perform the following tasks:
- At the new Email (1), enter your email.
- Add your phone number (2): Click to add your phone number as per system requirements.
Then, click 'Add' to add the information.
* Logging into Facebook using profile pictures
After logging in several times with email or phone number, Facebook will display logging into Facebook with a profile picture. You can choose this method to access Facebook.
Step 1: In the browser, open Facebook.
Step 2: Look on the left side, click on the profile picture.
Step 3: Now, enter your Facebook password and click Login to access Facebook.

2. Logging into Facebook on mobile
If you frequently log in on your phone, you can perform similar login methods as on a computer:
* Login with image
Click on the image and proceed with the login.
* Login with phone number, email
Enter phone number or email then enter password and click Login to proceed.
