Florentino 

Top Lane is usually for those who prefer solo play, but if you're playing Zuka, Ryoma, Wukong,... and encounter Taara, Omen, Skud,... playing it safe will definitely tire you out. Instead, you can choose Veres to dance and continuously regenerate health; or Airi with considerable standard damage in late game; Allain is also a choice not to be missed with both standard damage and magic damage along with a formidable armor penetration increase %. 

However, when it comes to the Demon Hunter Warrior champion best suited for dueling with Tanks, it's definitely Florentino. His second skill deals incredibly formidable standard damage so if he can dance, Flo can consider the Tank lineup as stepping stones to continuously harvest and glide through. Especially, when bringing Florentino into the game, players don't have to worry about being shocked by damage too quickly before being able to dance. 

If dueling with Skud, Taara, even if Flo is constantly ganked, it's very difficult for him to die, and he can even turn the tables if players play well and complete the Soulreaver's Spear early. Currently, in my opinion, there's no need for Muramasa or Longinus' Spear, Flo with Fenrir's Tooth is more than enough for this Arena of Valor champion to easily deal with enemy Tanks.  

Yorn

Marksmen capable of defeating Tanks are not few, even those without this ability like Lindis, Violet, Joker,... going for a combo of Devil's Handshake with Fafnir's Talon along with a superior positioning is already amazing and easy. 

Elsu's shots with substantial armor penetration can make Tanks cry, especially when he adds the Serrated Spear to increase his attack speed, it becomes incredibly frustrating. Hayate in the mid to late game with the Hyoga's Edge becomes a nightmare for Warriors and Defenders. Slimz with his ultimate shooting percentage health combined with the equipment combo is also extremely terrifying.

However, when it comes to a Marksman that makes Tanks flinch the most, it's still Yorn. Admittedly, Yorn doesn't have standard damage nor the ability to stack massive armor penetration, but Yorn's passive brings the ability to deal percentage health damage. Even though it's only 2%, this number is more than enough for him to 'roast' any target within range without even needing Fafnir's Talon.

In the late game, a fully equipped Yorn with Fenrir's Tooth, even Taara, Skud,... wouldn't dare to come close. However, if the enemy rushes in and corners Yorn, it becomes very difficult to play, not to mention he's picky about the team composition and extremely in need of a dedicated Support to protect him.

Maloch 

This Arena of Valor champion can be chosen for both Top and Support roles, both are great. However, personally, I still prefer to choose Maloch as a Support because we still need a Top that can heavily engage with the enemy's core, and of course, Maloch can't do that. If you want to take Maloch to the Top lane, you can aim for the new item, the Blade of Eternity, quite effective for this card.

With Maloch, no matter how many layers of armor the enemies have, it's all meaningless. Especially, the more Tankers, the more Maloch enjoys it because he can dig up enough damage to take down anyone if hit by his ultimate and swiped here? This Arena of Valor champion only needs to build the Soulreaver's Spear along with Fenrir's Tooth and unleash his skills to burn everything down.

Currently, when it comes to the Support position that can handle Tankers well, we have quite a few options. Even taking Veres as Support doesn't have much effect because she really needs money, new equipment to be able to rotate and be strong. Tachi as Support is okay but can't protect the Marksman well or handle unfavorable situations very effectively. 

Kriknak 

In the Jungle position, if Nakroth, Aoi, Allain, Keera, Butterfly,... are fed, they can chop Tanks like chopping mud. But the later it gets, the harder it will be to quickly crush the enemies because by then they are too beefy. However, Mytour still has plenty of suggestions for you. 

First is Lubu, when pulled into the late game and with quite a few attributes, his ultimate combined with basic attacks deals extremely painful standard damage. Wonder Woman, when equipped with Fenrir's Tooth, can also inflict pain on the Tanker lineup because her first skill deals percentage health damage to enemies, not to mention a bit of standard damage in her passive. 

However, those mentioned champions have to wait for later stages and get Fenrir's Tooth to play strongly. But if you want to play fast and win quickly, you can't overlook Kriknak with his incredibly formidable percentage health damage ability. 

The beetle is incredibly strong in the early stages, you can quickly build a Slaughter's Scythe and leave it there, then quickly complete Fenrir's Tooth so that just jumping on enemies already hit by skill 1 makes them disappear. Moreover, Kriknak's skill set recovers quite fast, just a few seconds and he can spam again, extremely annoying. What a player playing Kriknak fears the most is a combo that can't get enemies on the scoreboard and get counter-killed, but where does a Tanker get enough damage to counter Kriknak's shock? 

Lauriel 

The mid lane has a variety of play styles from stealth assassins, crowd controllers, burst damage dealers, wall makers, supporters, or Tank destroyers. This lady is the nightmare of bulky, high-health heroes because Lauriel has the ability to continuously deal standard damage. If she fights in narrow corners or enemies gather together, Lauriel finds it easier to activate her stacked passives, exploding even more standard damage than magic damage. Because of this, even if Tankers equip themselves with Troy's Medal or Gaia's Standard, it doesn't make much difference. If they don't equip these items, they're still in trouble because Lauriel also has a lot of magic damage in her skill set.
