'The Demon King' Faker has unmistakably showcased his illustrious career intertwined with the history of LoL's development.
On the final match day of LCK Spring 2022 before the Lunar New Year break, Faker and his teammates encountered DWG KIA, arguably the toughest opponent they've faced all season.

T1 executed their task admirably. Despite DK taking the lead in game 1, Faker and his teammates remained unfazed. They swiftly secured victory in game 2, and despite early and mid-game pressure in game 3, Faker and Gumayusi's brilliance led T1 to a hard-fought victory.
However, noteworthy in the post-match interview, Faker responded to a question about the changes to the Teleport Summoner Spell. Specifically, the reporter inquired, 'Some players have complained about the changes to Teleport drastically altering the meta. What are your thoughts on this?'
Faker's response left many fans astonished and then moved as they realized how deeply 'The Demon King' has been intertwined with the history of LoL's development for so long: 'I think newer players starting their careers recently may find it difficult to adjust to the changes in the Teleport spell, but in reality, it's now more reminiscent of the past, when Teleport cooldown was reduced each time it was used on a turret. I remember many trying to adapt my playstyle back then.'

Faker's answer inadvertently showcases the extent of his illustrious career. Some even point out that Faker faced off against the present owner of Team SoloMid, Reginald, at Worlds 2013, as well as iconic figures like Xpeke, Alex Ich... and while these figures have now retired, Faker remains at the pinnacle.

Additionally, Faker has set his sights on defeating Gen.G Esports in the match during the 4th week after the Lunar New Year break. According to Faker, if they overcome this obstacle, then 10 consecutive victories are well within their grasp.
