(Homeland) - Faker Provides Insights on T1's Performance in the LCK Spring 2023 Finals.
Just a few days ago, T1 emerged as the first team to advance to the overall finals of LCK Spring 2023 as well as MSI 2023 set to take place in London, UK. This marks the fourth consecutive occasion, dating back to Summer 2021, that T1 has entered the domestic finals. However, as of now, they have only secured one Spring 2022 championship.

Certainly, the majority of fans remain enthusiastic about the team's achievements. It's noteworthy that this year's Spring season witnessed several strong teams such as Dplus KIA (DK) and Gen.G making significant personnel additions. Among these, DK was once thought capable of dethroning both T1 and Gen.G after a prolonged period of decline. However, neither DK nor Gen.G managed to achieve this feat. Notably, during the group stage phase, both teams failed to secure victories against T1 in both home and away matches.

Although T1 performed exceptionally well and achieved their initial objectives in Spring 2023, Faker remains completely composed, if not indifferent. Specifically, in a recent interview, the legendary Mid Laner stated: 'Entering the finals is merely a matter of course. The most important objective remains the championship. Naturally, I was somewhat surprised when T1 made it to the finals four times in a row. But nothing surpasses the championship. That's T1's objective, especially considering our numerous runner-up finishes in the past'

Indeed, any records or accomplishments in reaching the finals would become meaningless if T1 fails to secure the most crucial victory of each season. Faker was on the verge of achieving glory, so undoubtedly, nothing is more important to him now than T1 claiming victory in every tournament they participate in. Among these, the primary objective is winning the LCK Spring 2023 championship, which will be decided on April 9th (Vietnam time).
