Tanjiro and Nezuko figurines disappoint with their abysmal quality, leaving fans disillusioned.
Recent products on Mercado Libre have sparked controversy among anime fans due to their shockingly low quality. Specifically, figures of siblings Tanjiro Kamado and Nezuko Kamado from the Kimetsu no Yaiba anime/manga exhibit poor craftsmanship, with designs and appearances hardly resembling the original characters.
Standing at approximately 280 mm tall, these figures are priced at 394 Mexican peso (about $19 USD, equivalent to over 400,000 VND). According to descriptions, these products are manufactured in Mexico. Each figure set includes character statues, two swords, Nezuko's transport box, and the little Nezuko herself. Due to their poor quality, the figures of the two characters look quite unappealing. In fact, the national sweetheart's appearance is even more bizarre than her brother's.

Images illustrating the figures of siblings Tanjiro and Nezuko have left many fans deeply disappointed and outraged. How could the manufacturer create figurines of such famous anime characters that look so terrible? Not to mention, they bear hardly any resemblance to the original artwork.
- Oh heavens! Where is the adorable Nezuko that used to reside in my heart...
- Why would someone create this and actually put it up for sale?
- It's just so hideous, as a fan, all I can do is scream in despair at the sight.
- This product is not worthy of the price tag attached to it.
- At least the manufacturer used actual illustrative images for their product.
- The quality of the product is unacceptable, they seem to be made out of plasticine.
