After years of anticipation, Kimetsu no Yaiba fans finally get to see AI-generated images of their beloved characters come to life. These images, created by Youtuber おすし using AI and Artbreeder, are truly captivating.
A brief overview of Kimetsu no Yaiba's success: This manga debuted in February 2016, created by Gotouge Koyoharu. Following Tanjiro's journey, a determined boy striving to become a Demon Slayer to vanquish terrifying flesh-eating demons and find a way to turn his sister Nezuko, who has turned into a demon, back into a human. Despite its familiar premise, Kimetsu no Yaiba captivates viewers with its deep storyline, dramatic plot twists, and a cast of impressive and distinctive characters.
In 2019, Kimetsu no Yaiba was adapted into an anime. The success of these 26 episodes propelled the Demon Slayer's name worldwide, making it one of the hottest titles in the manga industry. Currently, Kimetsu no Yaiba has sold over 120 million copies and is estimated to have earned around 1 trillion yen in 2020.
After the release of these images, many AI-enhanced Kimetsu no Yaiba fans eagerly await the live-action adaptation of this manga to see their beloved idols come to life. However, there is currently no information on any live-action film adaptation project for Kimetsu no Yaiba.
