Launch the Vietnam Telecom app. If not installed, refer to the links below:
- Open Vietnam Telecom -> select Retain Number Transfer Lookup -> enter the phone number -> choose CHECK.
Step 1: Access the Vietnam Telecom app.
Step 2: Next, select Retain Number Transfer Lookup.
Step 3: Enter the phone number you want to check into the Enter Phone Number field and choose CHECK.
Subscriber information will appear including: Phone number, original network, status (transferred or not), and the network it transferred to.
