Requirement: Logged in to the Facebook account where you want to find the groups you've joined.
How to:
Step 1: On the Chrome browser, install the Multiple Tools (L.O.C) extension here Multiple Tools
Click 'Add to Chrome'.
Click 'Add Extension'.
If you've already added the Multiple Tools extension, you can start from this step.
Step 2: In the top right corner of the Chrome browser, click the Extensions icon (arrow 1). Then, click on 'L.O.C' (arrow 2).
Step 3: Once the extension opens, on the top left corner, click on the X icon.
Step 4: Still on the left side, click on 'Tools'.
Step 5: Now, click 'Groups Scanner' to find groups.
Step 6: Next, click on 'Search' as shown below.
