Method 1: Using search in Settings.
Step 1: Click on the three horizontal lines icon at the top right corner of the screen > select Help (question mark) > select Troubleshooting Information.
Click on the question mark icon to open the Help section in Firefox.
Step 2: In the Troubleshooting Information tab, locate the Show Folder option under Profile Folder.
Click on Troubleshooting Information to open the folder containing error report information on the Firefox browser.
Step 3: After clicking on Show Folder, users will be directed to the Profile Folder.
Here, you can find all settings, extensions, add-ons, passwords, crash reports, and more for the Firefox browser.
Method 2: Using customization without opening Firefox
This method varies slightly between Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10.
Step 1:
- For Windows 7, press the Start button and type in the search box.
- For Windows 8, 8.1, move your mouse to the right side of the screen and select the Search option, or you can also press Windows + S or Windows + Q to search.
- For Windows 10, you can follow similar steps to Windows 7 or Windows 8, 8.1.
Step 2: In the search field, enter the following command:

After the folder icon appears, click to open the Firefox Profile Folder.
Click on the Firefox Profile folder to access the collection of subfolders.
Note that if you see a profile labeled default, it means you currently have only one unique user profile.
