Finland tops the list with an impressive 8.33 score.
Renowned travel booking website Hotel.info has just released its list of the top 20 countries with the most hospitable hotel staff in Europe. The results are based on customer reviews from those who booked hotel rooms while traveling to European countries on the website.
At the forefront of this survey is Finland, scoring an outstanding 8.38 out of 10. This Nordic country boasts breathtaking landscapes, with warm but short summers and heavily snow-covered winters. Known as the land of the midnight sun, it attracts a considerable number of tourists every year.

Germany and Austria take second place in the list of countries with friendly and professional hotel staff, both achieving a score of 8.37. Hungary follows closely in fourth place with a score of 8.33. Poland secures fifth place with 8.28 points. Switzerland, home to expensive watches, and Slovakia share sixth place with a score of 8.27. Rounding off the bottom three positions in the top 10 are Portugal, Sweden, and Croatia.

France, Spain, Turkey, and the Netherlands are the bottom four countries in the top 20 ranking of the friendliest hotel staff in Europe. It is noteworthy that the UK, known for its ancient castles and long-standing history, failed to make the list twice. Sharing the same fate as the UK are Russia and Denmark. These two countries also did not receive high ratings from tourists regarding their friendliness. Finland also topped the survey in 2013.
