Exploring the Cuisine at Ngoc Mai Vang Restaurant
A quick tour revealed a bounty of dishes, from the entrance's fresh seafood station with shrimp, oysters, octopus, squid, all fresh and prepared on demand, to the opposite fried food station with a variety of fried chicken, duck, and sesame stomach. It's suggested to save fried foods for last to avoid feeling too full.

Fragrant fried squid with satay
The restaurant's centerpiece is the fruit, dessert, and salad station, the most beautifully decorated area. It features artistically cut fruits and harmoniously arranged, making it a popular spot for memorable photos.

The traditional market stall stands out, arranged like a local market with a variety of cakes such as tapioca cake, black sesame cake, water fern cake, and bun rieu. Prepared fresh upon order, the food is consistently delicious.

The far corner hosts the grilled seafood and European dish station. Upon arrival, the aromatic scents of grilled oysters with scallion oil, sautéed octopus, and squid with satay are overwhelmingly inviting. The staff provide enthusiastic service and dish recommendations.

Grilled cheese lobster offered as a complimentary dish from Friday to Sunday nights
The restaurant's beverages are notably tasty, with choices ranging from grapefruit juice to passion fruit. While better than many places, the prices are a bit high and are billed separately.
An extra benefit of visiting on a Saturday was the additional complimentary grilled cheese lobster. The lobsters are large and succulent, with the cheese adding an irresistibly aromatic touch. Overall, every dish here is delicious and well worth trying.
