First Glimpse into Sony A6700 Specifications

The next-generation compact 'crop' camera from Sony has had its latest rumors and specifications revealed, with an expected announcement in the upcoming July.

Sony A6600 specifically and the A6000 Series generally have already become well-known and renowned for their superior shooting/ recording quality packed inside a compact, lightweight body while still delivering all the necessary features. According to Sony Alpha Rumors, it seems like the A6700 will continue this 'good tradition'.

Sensor: 26mp (similar to FX30).

Announcement date: early July

While maintaining the design language of previous products, there will be some changes aimed at a more 'professional' direction on the A6700. A rotating dial below the shutter button resembling those on the A7 Series. A thicker grip, protruding by 3mm and 4mm taller, are the noticeable changes.
