Hello Dang Thanh Trung,
As you may know, Windows 10 Creator Update is the latest update from Microsoft for Windows 10, codenamed Redstone 2, with significant changes in both features and interface. In the Windows 10 Creator Update, users will experience the new interface and features of Windows Defender, changes in the Start Menu, and the introduction of Game Mode to enhance gaming performance, and more.
Certainly, whenever a new update is released, users are eagerly anticipating downloading and experiencing these new updates. Typically, a few of us encounter issues that may arise due to various reasons, such as hardware incompatibility or software conflicts. One common issue when installing major updates on a computer is the Boot Loop error. This error manifests when the update is successfully installed, but the computer restarts multiple times without completing the installation.
The good news is that we can easily address this issue. When encountering the error, please remove the RAM from your computer, then reinsert the RAM and restart your computer. The Boot Loop restarting issue will no longer occur. Note that you should only perform this task if you genuinely know how to handle computer components to avoid the computer not starting due to incorrectly installed RAM.
After reinserting the RAM, restart your computer, and it will operate normally. You can then experience the new features in the Windows 10 Creator Update or, if you haven't upgraded to Windows 10 Creators yet, refer to how to update Windows 10 via CMD for the procedure.
Wishing you all success
