1. Unable to Connect to WiFi

Disconnect WiFi on both Router and phone > Forget the faulty WiFi network you connected to > Restart your phone. Then, turn on the Router > Connect WiFi with your phone.

Navigate to Settings > Wi-Fi > Menu > Advanced and ensure “Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep” is set to Always.

2. Trouble accessing mobile data network
Check if you've subscribed to the service with your network provider. Next, navigate to Settings > Mobile networks > Network mode. Here, if you want to use 3G, select to only use the 3G network.

3. Device freezing and rebooting on its own
The issue might lie with your installed software being incompatible, among other related factors.
To troubleshoot, firstly restart your device and then check running applications by navigating to Settings > Applications > Application manager > Running tab. Disable background apps to see if the problem resolves.

4. Rapid battery drain issue
To address this, check which apps are draining the battery most by navigating to Settings > Battery > Details to manage power-hungry applications on your device.

If the issue persists, remove the memory card to check the device's status. If the problem is caused by the memory card, you'll need to format it. Note: You should unmount the SD card to safely remove it from the device. Here's how: Settings > Storage > Under SD card section > Unmount SD card (if you're using one).

5. Unable to download and install apps from Google Play Store
Samsung Galaxy J5 phone encounters an issue where it cannot download and install apps from the Google Play Store. Upon entering the Play Store, the screen keeps spinning without loading any data.
Solution: Check the network connection, it must be strong and stable. If it's intermittent, you won't be able to download data from the Play Store on Android devices.
If the network connection is good and you can access other websites and watch YouTube videos, but still unable to download data from the Play Store, go to Settings > Application manager > Downloaded > Google Play Store > Clear data.

6. Unable to download files to device
If your phone encounters issues downloading files from the web, especially music files, you can install the ES File Manager app from Mytour (free). Then, run ES File Explorer > Select the three horizontal lines > Settings > Download Manager > Enable multi-thread copy and download.

7. Difficulty hearing during phone calls
This issue may arise due to frequency interference when you are in places with many electronic devices.
Solution: Check if your phone's battery is weak. Also, inspect running apps while on a call by going to Settings > Applications > Application manager > Running tab > Stop all simultaneously running apps.

8. Bluetooth issue
Sometimes you encounter problems sending and receiving files.
Solution: The simplest and easiest solution is to Restart Bluetooth. If it still doesn't work, please Turn off the device > Then restart your phone and try reconnecting.

If doing so doesn't resolve the issue, remove the battery while your phone is still powered on. Leave it like that for about 30 seconds and then reinsert the battery. After that, restart your phone and try reconnecting.
9. Power-on failure issue
Symptoms of this problem include your phone failing to boot into the system and getting stuck at the logo screen.
Solution: Try charging your phone fully if the battery is drained. If you still can't power on the device, Try removing the phone's battery and memory card > Reinsert > Power on to see if it works.
If unsuccessful, please proceed with a hard reset. Power off > Press and hold simultaneously Volume Up + Home + Power buttons until the Samsung logo appears (In Recovery Mode menu, navigate using Volume buttons and select using Home button) > Select Wipe data / factory reset > Yes - Delete all user data > Reboot system now.

10. Device heating issue during usage
Solution: Limit the use of multiple applications simultaneously. Go to Settings > Applications > Application manager > Running tab > Stop unnecessary running applications.
