Step 6: Enter the name of the User you are using, click Check name, then click Ok to confirm permissions for that User
Step 7: Double-check the User in the display permissions
Step 8: Proceed to delete the CompatTelRunner.exe file in the System32 folder above, restart the computer, then check to see if the issue persists.
