Step 1: Go to Settings > Apps & notifications. In older operating systems, you'll find this option in Settings > Application Manager.
Step 2: In the list of installed apps on your Xiaomi phone, tap on Google Play Store.
Step 3: Next, select Storage and press the Clear Cache/Clear Data button.
2. Update Google Play Store
You might be using an outdated version of CH Play, which could be the cause of the Play Store not working on your Xiaomi device. In this case, what you need to do is update CH Play for Xiaomi using one of the following methods:
2.1. Update Play Store via APK file
Step 1: Download the latest version of CH Play via the APK file with the download link provided below.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings > Security > enable Unknown sources to allow installation of apps from unknown sources.
Step 3: Locate the APK file you just downloaded using File Manager.
Step 4: Tap on the APK file and begin the installation process following the on-screen instructions.

2.2. Update Play Store through Settings
Step 1: Open Play Store on your Xiaomi phone and tap on the menu with three horizontal lines located in the top left corner of the screen. Scroll down and select Settings.
Step 2: Next, navigate to the About section and select Play Store Version. The update will be prompted for download if any newer versions of CH Play are available.
