1. Resolving Zalo Message and Photo Sending Errors on iPhone
Step 1: To fix the issue of not being able to send messages on Zalo, go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad. Then, scroll down to the bottom and select Zalo app.
Step 2: Here, go to Photos to enable photo sending on Zalo.
Note: Message permissions on Zalo for iPhone do not require granting access like on Android.
Step 3: Here, simply switch it to read and write.
This allows us to send photos on Zalo on iPhone, iPad devices.
2. Fixing Zalo Message and Photo Sending Errors on Android
Step 1: In the settings section on your Android device, scroll down and access applications.
Step 2: Then scroll down to the bottom and select Zalo app.
Step 3: Here, navigate to the permissions section to reset and fix the issue of not being able to send messages on Zalo, including photos.
Step 4: If any part is not highlighted in green, tap on it to activate. Once activated, the issue of not sending messages on Zalo and not sending photos on Zalo will be resolved.
